I wrote this book as an attempt to help patients focus their energy on what has the biggest impact on their health. Too often I see people worried and stressed about their well-being, but unfortunately putting their time, emotion, and financial resources towards things that really aren’t that important or effective.
My ultimate goal is to spread this information in a way that people will consider and be able to practically incorporate into their lives. In that regard, I am offering a FREE downloadable version of the first TWO chapters of my book!
